Yoosave Store Policies

Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final, unless customer received defective or damaged items. If customer received defective or damaged items we will at our cost reimburse customer for the cost of shipping UPS ground or Postal Service. Once we receive the defective or damaged product will ship out replacement item to customer at our cost.

We will only exchange products with in 30 days starting from the day the customer received product. Products must be postmarked within 30 days of this time, if not we will be unable to exchange customer's defective products. Items must be returned in their original packaging including manuals and accessories. If items are missing we will charge customer for missing items.

Keep the customer section of the invoice that came with the shipment for your records. To return a defective Item contact returnexchange@yoosave.com for a return address.

Taxes

YooSave collects sales tax for items being shipped to Washington State only. We do not collect taxes for shipment to any other states.
